What
is the Cougar/Owl Clinic?
The Cougar/Owl Clinic is
designed to provide in-depth training in the mechanics of each position of
a football officiating crew. The clinic provides both classroom and
on-field training to provide the most comprehensive officiating instruction
available. The clinic covers NCAA rules and enforcement, video review and
commentary, on-field observation, and a instruction on individual position
mechanics and techniques.
The two-day clinic will give
attendees new knowledge and skills from the very best in the profession.
NFL and Division I Officials and Supervisors will instruct attendees in a
casual, focused atmosphere. The clinic offers attendees the opportunity to
work in a NCAA Division I scrimmage and receive evaluation for areas of
improvement.
